I got my eBay invoice for June. My invoice has always been paid automatically through Paypal. I assume that is no longer the case. Do I do a one time payment or will the payment come off automatically?

If you go to your payments is your available balance in the negative?
This message sounds to me like it is coming from the MP side, as I understand it this would only happen if you haven't sufficient available/processing funds to cover the costs, and there is a problem accessing your account?
If you've got the first message, if it were me, I would call it in to make sure where it is from and whether you need to do anything or not.
The "pre-MP" stuff is the stuff that tends to be up in the air in terms of when it gets paid and if by PAYPAL as usual.

if you were just enrolled in Managed Payments, then that is probably the reason your fees didn't come out like usual. There are a few of us that are having this problem/situation and we are unsure how to proceed. My guess is that once you are enrolled in Manged Payments, your existing Paypal Billing Agreement is canceled and if this happens prior to Ebay taking their fees, it won't happen....but this is just a guess. Nobody at Customer Service seems to know why scheduled fee payments are not being taken out.
I would advise you DO NOT do a one time payment, yet. As this may result in you paying twice if Ebay has initated an automatic payment without your knowledge. Apparently it is a real hassle trying to get the excess paid back.
Follow the threads on this forum and hopefully in time we'll figure out what to do...

From what I understand, which still might be wrong, as long as you aren't getting any warning messages, don't worry let things play out. I'm told nothing bad as in restrictions, endings etc would happen until one has received and ignored 2 overdue warning messages.....

Your last invoice for the final period before entering MP will be auto paid via PayPal as it always has (if that's what you had set up).
There seems to be a delay for some sellers in eBay taking the funds but they will eventually so as others say, just don't worry about it but make sure your PayPal account can handle the debit when it comes.

This is the message I am getting: Action Required! Please make a payment for the amount due immediately. The amount due may vary based on recent payments or credits.

I have had two fairly large amounts that were sent to my bank a couple of weeks ago, neither are showing. I was told my bank account update was correct, there is also money in there that they could take out, also in Paypal. I will phone on Monday, several questions.
