Returns made difficult by Ebay.

1.  They'll keep the fees, even if the return isn't forced.   I have proof of that.

2.  They provide ZERO support in facilitating returns.

3.  When you ask a buyer for a paypal email so you can send return funds, Ebay blocks it because they think "you are trying to get around selling on their site."

Returns made difficult by Ebay.

1 - Fees are not retained  by eBay when you issue a full or partial refund (unless eBay needs to step in). In many situations that includes the 40 cent fixed transaction fee.

 

2 - What sort of "support" do you want from eBay?
