I have someone who is wanting to return two CD's because they have changed their mind.  They are requesting a return label.  Ebay told them to send back the item.  Should I let them know that they are responsible for the cost of returning the item as they have asked for a return label?

If you don't tell them then how are they going to know that they have to pay for the return themselves?

But politely remind them that the CDs must be returned in the same condition they were sent (sealed and unused being the most important ones) for a full refund.
