On my seller page,keeps wanting me to share my listings and pay no fees

Email, text message, social media, forum post, whatever. eBay provides the link, but it's up to you to decide how you want to share it.

Mostly for sharing to facebook, instagram, twitter, etc.

If someone finds and buys your listing through the share link you qualify for reduced fees.
