Does anyone know the formula for calculating a Final value fee?
I sold an invoice item for $60 even and the charge came out to $6.78. T
The Ebay listing fee for the item is %10. I also live in Ontario so I suppose there is a GST of 8% in there somewhere. I'm also a top rated seller so I think I'm getting a %10 discount on fees.
But I can't figure out a combination that gets me to a charge of $6.78!
This is just an example and it's not the amount. I would just like to know how you get to $6.78 charge.
Thanks in advance!

Fees will vary between store and casual seller. Unless the shipping is free, there will be a separate line for FVF's for shipping on your invoice. Handy calculator attached.

$60 x 10% = $6
$6 x 13% HST = .78
$6 + .78 = $6.78
The 10% discount will be shown on a separate line on your invoice.
