Eligibility

This offer is exclusive to new Canada Post Solutions for Small Business™ members who sign up for the program directly through Canada Post between 12:00:01 AM (Eastern Time) on November 1, 2022, and 11:59:59 PM (Eastern Time) on December 11, 2022 (“New Members”).

This offer is not available to existing Solutions for Small Business members or to Solutions for Small Business members who sign up for the program through one of Canada Post’s partners.

When you sign up for Solutions for Small Business, we will issue you a membership card by email. By your continued use of Solutions for Small Business (including use of your membership card), you accept and agree to the Solutions for Small Business terms and conditions, which Canada Post may change from time to time without notice to you and in its sole discretion. New Members are eligible to redeem two (2) free Expedited Parcel™ items within Canada. This offer expires ninety (90) calendar days from the date the promotional codes are provided (by email) to the New Member.

To qualify for this offer, all shipments must be properly prepared and transmitted using approved Canada Post online shipping tools, including Canada Post Snap ShipTM, in conjunction with the promotional codes provided. This offer is not available at post offices. Each promo code can be used once. The promo code cannot be added after your order has been transmitted. If you fail to enter the promo code during order creation, your order will not be eligible for the offer. Credits will not be issued for orders that do not include the promo code.

To qualify for free Expedited Parcel shipping within Canada, the weight of the qualifying item must not exceed 5 kg (11 lb.) and must meet Canada Post’s size specifications. Additional charges for items exceeding the maximum weight and/or size specifications will apply. All items are subject to shipping adjustments, which may result in additional costs. This includes, without limitation, surcharges for cubing adjustments and items that are oversized, unpackaged, or out of spec. This offer does not apply to any service other than those described above and does not include any of the following: prices for options, fuel or other surcharges, any applicable duties or taxes, or any other fees or charges. New Members taking advantage of this offer must create, print, and affix the shipping label to the item prior to induction.

New Members will be eligible for this offer once the promo codes have been activated on their account after signup. It may take up to twenty (20) days for Canada Post to activate and provide the promo codes to the New Member after signup. The promo codes can only be applied to shipments after they are activated on your account by Canada Post. Credits will not be issued for orders transmitted before the promo codes are activated.
