Uggh I can' t remember how to run the report that shows what items got 1s and 2s DSRs

I can't seem to find where one goes to run it....assuming it is doable now, I thought it was....

I have 1x1, 1x2, and 2x3 I think all from the same buyer for a problem batch of material (they got 4 items that were problems and it was my fault, so no issue there) but I am confused as to why they gave the various ratings, given all 4 items had the same problem....which makes me worry that some are from something else.....

The ratings show up in relation to the date of the sale....

On your Seller Dashboard.

Under reports and service tools

click on 

Detailed seller ratings reports  

and do the reports by date...

Narrow it down to the date this buyer bought things from you..... then remove that date from the end of a range

Hi cumos! I understand this is the old way, but isn't there a new way/report that will show the item numbers attached to the low ratings for us? I'm sure I saw some announcement about that back in April or May, but I can't seem to find it....

Hi 'ricarmic' -- I'm wondering if those specific reports will only be available after the "system" starts up, i.e. August 20th?  I seem to recall there were some aspects of the Seller Dashboard and related reports that were going to be available later on.  Perhaps someone else has specific dates or information on this, but that's my vague recall.

then the Seller Dashboard...

the link to the report you want is on the right side....

where it says  Download a report

This should give you exactly what you want...

There is no guarantee that this report is 100 % accurate

Some people have found errors.

Ahhh THX Cumos, that works!!! I thought I had tried that report, but apparently I hadn't! It shows me exactly what I needed, and it is correct for me (I still don't know why they gave a 1,a 2 and 2 3s as opposed to all 1s or all 3s doesn't really matter anyway. Although interestingly, all 4 are counting in my defect totals, probably because it was 4 separate purchases and payments (shipped together though)). Sigh. Anyway THX for the info much appreciated!

When I click on my seller report I have 4 defects, when I click on the download a report, I have 6. How do I know that I really have?

The count is transactions with defects....

A transaction can have more than one defect.....  but the count is only one transaction that counts on a seller's record 

That record can be in error... on eBay.com ....

Your new record  on the seller dashboard... as of August 20  could show more or less transactions and defects than those indicated in the record from eBay.com

That is what was meant by ... may not be 100 % correct.

Go back and do the distribution option... DSR reports... the first link indicated above and on your Seller Dashboard 

Remember ... Ratings are added to a eller's record based on date of the sale....
