Unusual feedback

I have had some strange feedback in my over 20 years on eBay, not had one like this buyer saying that they hadn't received the item yet, but they are looking forward to receiving it.

I just wonder what they marked on "item as described", and "shipping time".

sounds like a preemptive feedback, in case they don't receive it.. As seller's we all know that feedback doesn't indicate that the item has been received.. Even if the buyer says  Beautiful item, i absolutely love it, then 2 days later files a INR case and says i didn't receive my item..  Feedback is just fluff, and means very little in today's world..
