What happens now

So i sold a vintage keyboard, and before i packed it i turned it on and played it, took 2 hours to pack it up well, buyer gets it says it DOA....I did not Send it DOA...what can i do to resolve this...

Have the buyer return it to you for full refund.

Don't argue and don't agree to a partial refund.

Just politely contact him and tell him to return the item. Apologize for his disappointment.

Refund as soon as you get it back.

Maybe they put the batteries in backwards. Or maybe the batteries they are trying to use are dead or they are not alkaline. For these reasons we always include new duracell batteries in the device.

Also, make sure that the returned keyboard is the one you sent. Before refunding.
