What nail? in whose coffin?
The most shocking part about the USPS announcement is that they waited for two weeks after the strike started to issue a ban on accepting mail destined to Canada.
I follow the USPS International service alerts, since the beginning of Covid there have been dozens of countries where USPS has stopped accepting mail for short and long periods, in most cases the announcement are very fast to be implemented. For example, when the Tel Aviv airport gets shut down within 2 days USPS puts out a notice, why it took them 2 weeks for them to act over the CP strike is a complete mystery. The result is that piles of mail are sitting somewhere.
