Daughter comes down with me and say right away Daddy I need my paper .. (I always have my list of movies to ship on paper in hand to grab from inventory ...
So she grabd here paper but I was hrs behind so I rushed through everything handing my daughter a movie here and there to place in the box ...
When I was done I looked around before I went up .... AAAAAAAAAAAAA She literaly grabbed about 100 movies in 10 minutes and had put them everywhere ... Closet...Cat litter box... On shelves out of ordr.. On Desk .. Under desk .. On the stairs.. on top of the fireplace ( not connected or using) ... Needless to say It took 1 hr after to clean up her mess LOl...
O the joys .. Lucky she is the cutiest little girl in the world ...
O ya I asked Andie why did you put the movie everywhere ... She Replied .. Daddy I helped high five LMAo

Print that post and put it away in a safe place.
Look at it again in fourteen years from now.
Been there - done that - have grey hair to prove it!

Better still - show it to your daughter in 14 years. It will make her smile, just at the age when she believes she's perfect and you're square.
What a cute story...

I did just that .. I printed it .. Me and my wife have a box for stuff we want to show our daughter when they are older and we want to make the cheeks turn rosie ....
No I don't get mad at my little girls I am a sucker of a dad and I love kids but teenagers well that a whole different ball game ...
In 3 years I got mad at my daughter once and rasied my voice and she cried then i cried .... I am stern with my girls just never made or raising my voice always down eye to eye having the heart to heart chit chats ,....
I learnt from My Father's ways that the madder I get the more your kids don't wanna be around and personally I could care less if my kids ever leave or get a boyfriend/girlfriend for that matter LOL ..
Plus after everything I do every day good or bad my girls make me smile and let me know it's all worth while...

Congratulations on your Treasure/s! Life doesn't get any better than this.
My kids are grown and I must have spent time with them because they still love me.
Their kids come to visit every week-end and are always in my office. They camp under my desk, build caves in my closet, and are busy making things out of boxes, drawing, coloring, cutting up paper, making "business plans" for the summer or just chatting away. I treasure every moment. It too will end.....too fast!
