advice on adding more pictures

Recently I have found that when I add pictures to my listings, there are only 8 boxes. They will still add 12 pictures. The problem comes when I want to add an extra picture, and even if it say I can add more, I can't find a way to do it.

Did you clear browser cache and cookies? Log out and back in only your computer?

What browser do you use? I believe you are on a new desktop with windows 10? Correct?

Yes, that is correct. I did clear my cache and browser last week, I will do it again. I mostly use Firefox, sometimes chrome.
