another promotion December 9 to 13

this site as just given another promotion by invitation. i never seen a promotion at this time of the year

during the last promotion i actually seen a decrease in the # of listings. i think a lot of part time sellers wont bother with promotions when it just don't sell

on the long run this is good for the very active sellers

Does it work for you?

If not, try listing one item at fixed price (not auction) and check your Selling Manager (box at lower right) to see if your listing was part of the promotion.

Many times, sellers are eligible to the promotion by invitation although the invitation was not received by email or through "my messages".

My selling manager now reads:

Pay no insertion fees for up to 50,000 fixed price listings
Limit of 50,000 fixed price-style listings. All existing selling limits apply.
Start: 12/09/13 00:00:00 PST
End: 12/13/13 23:59:59 PST

You will have the invite in your message if you have been invited.

But this time you have to click on "accept" to get the promotion...so if you did not realize you were invited and listed eBay collects it's usual fees.
