combination S&H fees

where in ebay you can change the S&H fees for the combination of items automatically for all active items. Thank you.

You go on your Profile. Then Settings>Selling>Business Policies>Shipping, and click on the "Create Policy" button. There you can set all the desired shipping parameters, and apply them to your active listings.
