I've been under the assumption that eBay automatically returns the fvf within 7 to 10 days. When I first started out on eBay I remember reading this in the eBay seach pages. So a couple years later, and not checking my account after such things as a couple lost parcels, a couple items being returned, and a few non payments I find out I''m the one that has to innitate the refund. **bleep**!
