@violacaesario, I see you are a seller based in the United States (this discussion board is on the Canadian eBay site) and you use the eBay International Shipping (eIS) service to forward your merchandise out of the United States.
I’m going to guess that the buyer was based outside of the United States and they did not receive their item. eBay International Shipping takes responsibility for items that are not received by the buyer once the item reaches the forwarding hub located near Chicago. If eIS is unable to forward the item, usually the buyer receives a refund from eIS. I’m guessing this is what happened here.
