i have been for two days now trying to add items to my sale

i have for two days over 12 hours trying to change my listings to accomidate  the  new shipping and clean up info in descriptions and set new shipping rates -- i have been also trying to add to my existing sale the items that redone - it won't let me when i try to set up a new sale -- it saids i don't have a store subscription which i do and have had for years   right now all my listings are screwed up  higher shipping rates -- but i wanted to lower my prices using the sales option----- any help any one ??

I think eBay has a glitch the last few days. Yesterday I tried to run a Markdown Sale for the weekend. When I clicked Copy from the previous sale, I received an error message that says “We ran into a problem but are fixing it. Please try again later.”

I posted about it here and other Sellers also commented they were getting the same message. We can only report to eBay at this point and hope it’s resolved.

that makes me feel a little better -- also they the hired help  gave me  a fix ticket and said they would look into it -- but who knows when that will happen  with the cp strike and the changes they are making again-- nothing is working right and sales are zero zero zero ---- even look sees are down to almost nothing -- so something is broke hope they fix it fast -- my  storage rent is due and ebay stores fees and credit  card interest payments are due -- the last one is so i can still sell on ebay ---- whew !!!!!!!!!!!!!  what the !@#$%^&uck iam missing

I'm really getting ticked with this **bleep**- first the postal strike- then not being able to create a sale- actually- I had two-25% off and the other with 30% off- each with one item in it. After dinner I went and attempted to add the other percentages off- and I got the 'oops clitch' message.  I then attempted to add things to the percentages I had already set up. I got a message saying, "You have to have a store to offer discounts"- I HAVE A **bleep** STORE.   It took forever to get to talk to someone at ebay- they 1st suggested my store subscription expired- nope- I pay monthly- its good till Dec 1st.  I was then told (this was Thursday evening)- to try different browsers - nope didn't help.   Then I was told to give it a couple of hours, and it would be fixed.

Called yesterday when I got the same issues- and was told the same thing- that I didn't have a store- then to try different browsers- I started to lose it- the guy checked and discovered it appeared to be a Canadian glitch (of course it is).  I attempted to say I had spent almost every extra dime I had on stock for the sale- and frankly, eBay was costing me too much money.    He did say that he would send 'another ticket' to tech- but unless it's made a priority, it would be put at the bottom of the list- He said he didn't have the authority- but the more people complain- the more pressure would be on tech to fix it.  PLEASE- IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY- CALL EBAY AND **bleep**!  I said I was losing $$ every hour- who was going to pay for that?  He said once a ticket is created with tech- they may be able to offer a 'one-time' monetary offer to those who have suffered- Who wants to bet they will offer something stupid like a $25 credit on the store or something?  If I can't sell anything for a week- some stupid credit isn't going to work- class action?  This could put me into bankruptcy - not happy.

We are also unable to create a sale event. We are getting the same error. It's been like this for almost a week. I talked to eBay support, and they said it was a glitch and would be fixed soon.. Still waiting.

they still have not fixed the problem as of monday morning -- another day of no sales due to them not lettting me put my regular sale on to my listings -- one more week i may go  bust -the bills are coming at end of week and no money has come in since day of strike began  and two major refunds i had to give out cause the items are stuck in the mail ---- they better not charge me 80 dollars (store fee) again this month or at least put it off till strike or they get sale part fixed ----

as of tuesday night very late mine sales part os now working very slowly and it misses many of my listings so i have to three hours later do another sale  to get all the ones i needed in that sale ---- but at least it somewhat is  working -- so thank-you to ebay tech gods on fixing something even if its not 100 precent it is better than nothing

I still cannot add items to my existing sale. Is anyone else also experiencing this problem still? I have attempted many times across the past few days.

I see the suggestion that we close the listings we want to revise.

They then go to our Unsold List, where they are held for up to 90 days.

We revise those "unsold" listings.

And then relist them.

How this would work with "Sale" promotions I do not know, but a possible solution is more useful than a complaint.
