"Invalid Item" when I try to "send offer" to watchers on variety of listings

Hi everyone.

I'm trying to use the new option to send an offer directly to watchers.  I've tried it for a variety of listings for a range of items (e.g., t-shirts, comics, magazines) and each time I get an error saying "Invalid Item."  Any clue why this keeps happening?

Appears to be a .COM option that is not available for listings on the .CA side.

I read in other posts that it has been available in Canada since May and when I go on my sellers page on eBay.ca, the option is there
However, it fails to work when I try to send an offer. I always get the "invalid item" error.

It was scheduled to be released as part of the Spring Update but the last word we heard it's still a "work in progress". I too saw it on my Sellers Hub page for a very short time but was not active. Hopefully, it will be up and running shortly.

I've still never seen it available on .CA. Wonder it will ever show up?

I see it listed for some of my items for sale, but not all.  I still get the "invalid item" error when I try to use it.

Same for me.  I figured it was an app glitch (there's a few of those).

It happens to me on the website too, not just the app.

Hi @steamshipfunnel & @teenytrinkets - we're still in the process of getting this ready for items listed on eBay Canada - I'm hoping to see this finalized and rolled out in the very near future.
