"not approved all for sale in Canada and cannot be listed on eBay"

Hi. I'm trying to sell a Samsung device (Galaxy S24). eBay keeps giving me the error message "This Samsung phone is not approved for sale in Canada and cannot be listed on eBay.fe208700-1254646x>". But clearly, it's allowed to be sold in Canada. Otherwise, how did I and presumably millions of people in Canada buy it? I can walk into any telecom carrier or a retailer like best buy or even the official samsung.com/ca website and buy one.

If the ID on which you are posting this thread is also same user name for "selling" on eBay; that initself is problematic= a seller with Zero eBay selling experience trying to list a high value item..perhaps you should have read this thread prior to posting a new thread on on same topic:

I have a great rating but for some reason I'm no longer able to list any phones I have in Canada. I get the same error message what has changed about the policies in Canada?

Because you haven't sold in awhile eBay is considering you new seller until you build up some completed transactions. If the phones are of higher value that would be the other reason. Policy attached.  They will also hold payments. See links below.

I am having a similar problem selling a Galaxy A15. I bought it online from Best Buy Canada, unable to return it and apparently can't list it on eBay. I have recently sold other items so that part isn't a problem for me. Pretty sure the model of phone im selling also is not an international model.
