You aren't charged to revise unless you are revising to add an upgrade. What message are you seeing that makes you think you would be charged?

There are occassional glitches when a charge shows up and it shouldn't.

thanks I had I phone for sale and now a desk top pc all in one only one person watching iphone but never bought it . I also lowerd cost down a bit .
