Just a update from the last 2 weeks on this post .
Contacted e-bay on chat , to ask why i had dropped down to 500 item after having over 4000 different hockey cards for sale ? and i did let them know i've been with e-bay since aug/2003 and top rated seller and 100 pos feedback at all times .
first one said the only thing that had changed was my banking and he gave me a ticket number and said it would be fix in 48 hrs . after 3 days it wasn't so i chatted back so back to chat again with a different agent .
that person said that " i have to prove myself " when i asked what do i have to prove after being on e-bay for 21 years perect feedback and top rated seller , that person said they have to transfer me to that department.
the next one said it was due to inactive account , so i asked when was i inactive and i would tell them to the penny how much e-bay sent as a payout as i get a payout every week !
said " i will have to transfer you to that department " so off to the next one ! the next one said it was due to that i'm new on e-bay ! told them i've been with e-bay for over 21 years , since aug 2003 they said there computer don't show anything pass a year and you guess it , off to another agent ! next one said it was due to " safety and integrity " when asked about this was told i just have to wait till june 4/25 and ak for a incress !
i've been pervect for over 21 years and would just like to know the realy reason !
since jan of this year i sold almost $4000 ! e-bay made $600 !
Now last week i sold 1 card for $5.00 and sold another $5.00 card this week ! e-bay made 75 cents each week !
All i am asking is from e-bay is why and a realy reason and this will help me to deceice if i sell on e-bay or go to other sites and a e-store ?
Just seems fair to me
