why am I required to "Send Invoice" on recent sales

Hello, I've been using eBay Canada since this Summer, and recently sold my 23'rd and 24th items, and both buyers were unable to pay for item unless I performed the action of "send invoice" the items have sold so I can no longer view Canada post's rates and discounts, how to I revert this back to my normal listings where buyers pay to the Canada post option I offered, and I simply just print shipping label?

The only time that you have to send an invoice for one item is if there was no price set up on the listing for that location.  Where were your buyers from?

I looked at one of your listings and while you have set shipping for Canada and the USA, you have only specifically Blocked sales to four countries.

So anyone from any other (UK Australia Brazil Singapore Uzbekistan) would get the "ask seller for shipping quote" message and if they didn't, you would be asked to "send invoice".

What countries are asking for invoices?
