Cannot generate a label

Can I just go down to Canada Post and ask for a label? I am so confused. Please someone explain to me the process to go through so I can mail this person in United States the coat they bought from me. I would really appreciate some advise, direction!

I have literally spent hours of my life trying to figure out how to fill out label form and finally after hours on end I think I got it right and then EBAY Cannot generate my label. Something went wrong. Anyways as a person in chronic pain and my first sale this has been truly horrible experience. No help other than EBAY communtiy and reddit boards. Talked to EBAY costomer service and was lied to but only found out later when figured out myself what is going on with my sale. They do not help nor explain anything when you message them. Now I have to phone tomorrow again to figure out why I cannot print a label!

I have to add to this by saying I ran out and bought a printer--$59 on amazon just to do this! Setting it up was not too bad but it wireless and I never have had a wireless anything.  I just got a cell phone last year! My ex left his $700  printer behind but it got fried a couple weeks ago by mean curling iron bought on amazon that fried my electrical sockets/fuses whatever via blowing fuse and big shock from this nasty curling iron. In meantime, I had relisted my coat and boots for sale only to end up where I am now--both being sold. I thought I had listed for 200 US as I had them on Ebay US too but I guess that does not exist for Canadians. Everything is in Canadian $. Now I know better to list other stuff at US dollar worth to CA dollar. So far Ebay has 2 addresses that do not match so had to change this. Also cause I am embarrassingly an American but living in Canada for 30 years still do not know metric system. I guessed dimentsions but was way off by half of what person paid for the shipping. I had to go find code for customs. I am using used clothing code. I hope this is correct! To get my banking stuff right has been a nightmare and not on my end. First bank statement. then log in to bank and still not settled and must wait for them to update-EBAY says this takes a few days! My goodness! It has been one thing after the other and nothing goes smoothly!! I think I would rather force myself to watch Wicked ( I watch 5 minutes of it and that was pleny enough) than go through all this. But I need the money that is why I am doing this.

Can you post a screenshot of what you entered and what the error is saying?

The rest was rambling on & on for nothing...

Did you solve your shipping label issue or did you go to the post office?

Facts

Details

Screenshots!

The rest is just a block of poor grammar, and syntax, and a horror on the eyes and mind...

Good Luck!

You are registered on eBay Canada, but you are allowed to list on any eBay site.

On that site your asking price will show in the currency of that site.

When you view your US site listing on eBaydotCA (here) the price will show in BOTH US dollars and in Canadian dollars.

Your customer will pay in US dollars.

The payment will be converted to Canadian dollars by eBay. There is a currency exchange fee for this.

Your customer's payment will be Held for up to 30 days against customer satisfaction.

Then it will go into your chequing account.

Do you have a Managed Payments account set up?

Get the coat into the mail as soon as possible.

The money will go into your chequing account in Canadian dollars.

$200USD is about $260Cdn, but there will be fees taken off that amount.

White space is your friend.

If you hit the Return key after each sentence, your posts will be easier to read.
