Hey everyone,
.. I can't believe the rollercoaster that eBay has been taking me through. The fact there is no Rea help I ca get for this blows my mind. I made an assumption I could get help but it seems getting help from eBay is extremely hard. I'm upset because I purchased something for my birthday.. and this guy is fooling around with me.
Can someone I'm begging you please help me with this?
I DM the seller and asked him if the product will ship as soon as I buy. He said it would take 4-5 business days. So I purchased. Now the buyer is telling me, he has to buy the product, and have it shipped to him, then when he gets the product he will ship it to me. But he did not at all explain this to me when I asked him how long it would take. Also his replies are becoming more longer response time in between.
At this point I really just want a refund, I'm mad and upset because this is my first purchase and eBay is literally the worst online retailer in the world if you need help with anything. I swear on my life if I can get this refund. I will deactivate my eBay and never ever use this site again. I literally can't get help I've sent email, I called (phone is useless).
I'm at a point where I feel I have nowhere else to turn to get $200 that was stolen from me.. Maybe try Reddit?

Did you ask the Seller to cancel the purchase?
Did they refuse?
If the item does not arrive (purchase details should have an estimated delivery time range) you can ask for a refund via eBay for non-delivery. You can also open a case for item not as described (after you receive it) via ebay. https://resolutioncentre.ebay.ca/

How did you pay?
If you used paypal or most credit cards you can dispute the charge.
