Also give your seller a bit more information than what you’ve provided here, unless you’ve been in touch already and your seller knows who you are and what you purchased. 😁

If you are having a problem with a seller (or a buyer) most problems can be solved by clicking on the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page.

This will help with Unpaid Items, Items that you have Not Received, and items received that are Not As the seller Described.
