Came to work at 9 this morning and found two emails from ebay customer:
May 22, 9:20pm Can I PLEASE get a tracking number?
May 23, 6:53am Please cancel this order. I'm putting a stop payment on it today. I only deal with responsive merchants who answer my email in a timely manner. I don't want to hear excuses, just cancel this order or lose money.
Btw. we have multiple shipping options he selected cheapest untracked service, so I am actually glad he asked to cancel..

I had one similar last week. Opened INR case.I refunded and last night she emailed..it arrived how do I repay.
She had no patience , but at least she's honest. LOL

just wait until you get a buyer who buys on a thursday, pays friday night on a long weekend and then when you ship on Tuesday gets mad at you because it took you 6 days to ship.

Bought on December 22
Shipped on December 28
Opened non-receipt case on December 29
No tracking... lettermail
strange..... a seller who knew how to work the system... perhaps
Full refund made!
