Under your ":Manage my store" there's a link called, "Email Marketing". Click on that.
Top of the page shows the live emails. Click edit next to them.
Under the "Send recurring emails", click on "No, do not send email automatically"
Then click on "Save Draft" and it will stop the recurring part.
I notice mine have been changed as well - must have been an ebay glitch.
