Ebay ruled in byer favore under Ebay money guarantee but didn't refund me the final fee

Your fees are not refunded, when ebay rules.  You only get your fees refunded, if you, the seller, issues the refund.

If you would like to read about ebay's official explanation regarding getting your FV fee credit, there is the following link.  Note where it says, "You won't receive a final value fee credit if the buyer asks us to step in and help with a return or an item they didn't receive".

Interesting. Another good reason for allowing returns (and refunds) even if the customer is in the wrong (it really does work, the size is correct but the buyer hasn't been that size for a decade or more, emerald and lime are both greens, etc.)
