How to get rid of Auctiva's Scrolling Gallery?

I tried Auctiva for a month, decided it wasn't for me and cancelled. Auctiva acknowledged the cancellation but I haven't been able to get them to remove their scrolling gallery from my listings. Anyone have a solution?

Open a ticket and request the scrolling gallery to be removed and they will remove it from all your active listings.
