Do you have over 50 items ready to list?

That, traditionally, has been the number of unique listings that make any sort of Store worthwhile.

But

NO

When you are starting out, eBay enforces a learning period. The number and value of your listings will be restricted (perhaps to less than a dozen a month) and your customers' cleared payments will be held for up to 21 days against your customer service.

At the highest rate, for 20 items your listing fees would be $6.

If you can't afford to lose that, then selling on eBay is not for you.

At the moment you have a certain number (20? 50?) of Free Listings available to you. Use those and when they are gone, drop in to eBaydotCOM and list again.

Note that on dotCOM you must use Flat Rate shipping and cannot exceed $4USD for shipping your magazines or other "media".

Can those magazines be shipped Letter/Light Packet for less than the $15 you need for Regular Parcel?

Have you considered not tracking your items to reduce shipping cost?

Until you are through your probation period, and once you have 10 DSRs, you should phone eBay and ask that your limit be raised.
