Hello,
A buyer is trying to buy mukluks from me. He says that the item requires immediate payment. Not only is the option unchecked but I am not able to even require immediate payment because I do not have a credit card added to my account.
The potential buyer has a feedback of 22 and asked if he can pay me within the next two weeks, I agreed.
Is it possible that he has had unpaid cases opened on his account and eBay is requiring that he pay immediately? (I don't know if they can do that kind of thing or not).
I cannot think of any other reason why this would be happening.
Thank you for any suggestions!

Thank you for reading but we have decided that he just send me the money through PP and I will ship after payment received. Thanks again!

This sounds peculiar. Unless you have blocks set for unpaid item strikes, nothing should prevent the buyer from paying.
Starting last fall, in specific categories an item will remain for sale until the buyer pays...hence immediate payment. They seem to be requiring this in more categories now as we seem to be hearing about it more often.

Thanks for the replies and advice!
about the stickers.
I will definitely be waiting 24 hours after payment has been made and be sure the money went though. I don't have any restrictions except that you use PP and I only ship to Canada and the U.S. He is in U.S.
I am really happy to sell to this person because the mukluks will be used to dance in again.
Thank you pjcdn! I was wondering if eBay hadn't changed some things since I'd been gone. This makes sense to me. I tried to find answers in the help section but I couldn't even find a help section. It will take me a while to get used to these changes.
Thanks again to you both!
