Due to the new picture requirements and the TL glitches, I have about 800 listings sitting in Turbo with photos under 500 pixels. I know I can use the photo tool enlarger, but it takes forever to reviese each item. Most of my items low value postcards and it isn't worth the time to fix all of them. I thought of trying a store - I understood that when the new picture requirements started that anyone with store items that were GTC, that ebay was going to allow the old smaller photos. If I open a new store and list all my old listings, anyone want to guess if these pictures will be ok with ebay?
Right now I am stuck with this old inventory. I spent a lot of times on the original listings only to have TL shrink all the unsold items with I imported to ebay months ago.
Any other suggestions??

A non-store seller or a store seller can use GTC. Older GTC listing started before July 1 implementation of 500 pixel are supposed to be allowed to auto-renew without being being stopped unless you revise revise the listing.
So getting a store is not going to help as far as I understand the minimum photo size policy of 500 pixels.
You will need to revise the listings with the correct photo size either by taking pictures or revising the size to 500 pixels using the tool that eBay user shipscript provided.
The disadvantage to resizing the photo larger is that it may get blurry. eBay user shipscript has made a new tool that keeps the original photos size and places a blended background that fills in the photo to 500 pixels.
The new tool was mentioned in the eBay Photos & HTML forum a few days ago. I will try to find and post a link to that discussion.

Here is the topic I mentioned

Latest version of the tool is at the post 5.
Here is a copy of that link to the tool. The drawback to using this tool is that you must be using the latest version of the browsers supported by the tool.

ok glad I asked. It is funny though - TL still lets me upload listing that have smaller photos, where if I try to relist, I am unable to do it. Since these are postcards, I might just stick them all in one big lot and sell them that way. It is too time consuming to redo photo for items that I might only make $1.00. Most of the items have been listed at least 10 times and have not sold, so the prospects don't look promising on an individual basis. I am still angry at ebay - all this becasue of a TL glitch.

Right now .com will not allow my uploads with under 500 pixils per side but .ca is still allowing them to go up.
