PLEASE TRACK YC399368321YW CARRIER CHINA POST- PROBLEM WITH PURCHASE DEC 8TH!

hI on December 8th I bought a necklace on Ebay and have been informed that there is a problem with the purchase and that I should contact ebay Canada site to get information.  This info came from China Post tracking #YC399368321YW.  Can u help me as this was a xmas present and I've been waiting since Dec. 8th, thank you.

Your purchase was unlikely to arrive in time for Christmas. Shipments from Asia normally take about 30 days.

In case your tracked package has made it to Canada, enter the tracking number on the Canada Post website (canadapost.ca).

If it does not appear there, it will not arrive in time for Christmas.

Canada Post effectively closes down around 3 pm on Christmas Eve. With holiday and weekend closing, it will be back to normal service on Monday. There will be some people working but POs are closed and there will be no home delivery .

Time to hit the mall.

If your item has not arrived by New Year's Day, open an Item Not Received Dispute and get your payment refunded. Do NOT accept an offer of a 'replacement'. It won't arrive either.

You might want to check with Canada Customs.
