Buyer just won an auction from me and guess what their address is?

No Shipping
123 Unknown Str.
Toronto, ON M1M 1M1
Canada

What do I do now?

This person has over 500 feedbacks ... is this a joke?

Do I report this, if so to whom?

Thank you for your help!

You can report it here:

http://pages.ebay.com/help/contact_us/_base/index_5.html?item=&topic=index_5&continue=Continue+%3E

Select "Spam, fake emails and other email-related problems" and then "Report false or missing contact information".

You might want to let the buyer have an opportunity to contact you. He/she has perfect feedback and may think they have a legitimate reason for masking their contact info (wrong as it may be). My guess is that you will receive accurate info when payment is made by PayPal.

If no contact is forthcoming or should your emails bounce, I wouldn't hesitate to report then.

Good luck...

Thank you! Let's hope that it's okay...but needless to say I'm unhappy about the situation.

Is it this item 110210497283? If so I'd report them for false contact info even if they did contact me. They're a seller and should darn well have proper contact info on file.

BTW, what have you done to your listings that has totaly disabled any ability to highlight or copy? I went to highlight the item number to copy & paste in here and it won't let me. I had to paste it from the seller list. I can't highlight anything on the page.

Thank you all!

He did provide an address and pay and it was confirmed by paypal so I sent it with signature required and I'm hoping it will be okay.

As to the other, I put the right click disabler on some of my listing to prevent the average person from "lifting" my images that I spend a great deal of time on to create the "perfect look" and brand for my store for their own profit.

The experts can still lift the images and even erase my watermark but since I started the other, it's cut down a lot on every john, dick, and harry stealing my hardwork to make a buck off of.

Hi Heather,

I don't know this person but I have recieved a couple of sales just like this.
I was somewhat awwed at this the 1rst time I saw it, but finally I just hit the reply button and the Buyer returned my email within the hour.
Turned out he was just trying to br 'anon' and apparently this is allowed by eBay.
After that, I had no problem with this type of address, or Payment!
