What Ebay do to the buyers if the sellers did not refund and walk away?

Has Ebay consider the situation if someone who just paid the money to buy the product ; subsequently the sellers asked to cancelled the order, walk away and didn't do the refund. What is the protection?

A seller can only ask a buyer to cancel a transaction. As the buyer, you must say NO until your money is refunded. (Providing the item has been paid.) You are not obligated to say 'yes' to a Cancel Transaction Request but if you do not respond at all, the seller will be able to cancel it without your input after seven days. If you have paid but agreed to cancel and have not received a refund, call ebay promptly to ask them to intervene. They will be able to help you.

You should not agree to cancel until you have been refunded. You can file an item not received dispute shortly after the estimated delivery date.

The message came to me states that the sellers have right to cancel even you do not agree and just in short of time (~ about a week) , the sellers may relist and sell their product again fast !
