I wasn't going to come back to these boards because I'm short on time and find them more difficult to follow (too many categories), but I'm hoping someone will have a solution to this issue.
Suddenly a couple of days ago extremely tiny fonts started showing up everywhere I went on eBay -- my "Me" page is a mess now, and virtually unreadable. It looks like about an Arial 6 point font! Same thing on invoices, and in other important areas.
Does anyone have a fix for this? I've looked around the hopeless CS pages and see nothing. This is a new phenomenon, so I assume it's connected with all the monkeying around with the site that eBay has done recently.
Thanks in advance!
(P.S. While we're on the subject, anyone know how to permanently ENLARGE the font on these new discussion boards??? It's ruining my eyesight...)

I use Mozilla Firefox. I gt to "view" at the top and click on "zoom". I have cataracts and need large fonts, and this works for me.

Hi Triber, but this was something that has actually changed recently. In other words, the fonts used to be as I had set them up - large enough to be comfortably readable. Something has happened in the last week or so to alter the fonts in many places, but not everywhere. It's very frustrating...

I find that sometimes when I use the Ccleaner, my fonts change on some things, and I have to reset it. One thing I have problems with is my emails, the font is very small, and I have to copy and paste onto a Windows page to read it. The upper notatations of emails received is fine, I enlarged that, but the actual message I have not been able to enlarge.

First sign in, then go to "My Settings", go to "Preferences", then go to "Display". You will be able to change the text size there.

I assumed you meant small text on these boards, sorry if I misunderstood.

I had that happen a few years ago. The only place where the font was small was on eBay, not on other sites. I contacted eBay tech. They gave me a list of about 4 confusing things to try. Instead I phoned my late son-in-law who built computers. He told me to disregard what eBay had told me to do.
He told me to press and hold the control key while hitting the plus key. It worked. If you want to make the font smaller again then do the same only hit the minus key.
I hope it works for you.

For Internet Explorer
Under Page...
Go to Zoom or Text Size and make a adjustment
Do a test for each problem page....
The problem may not be eBay... but it may be Windows, where something came through with the last update....

Thanks to 'westernstargifts' and 'cumos' for these suggestions -- I didn't know about the "CTRL +" combination to increase font size on the screen, although I was aware of the "zoom" feature. However, the problem is, both of these fixes increase the font size everywhere, whereas I would only like to correct the shrunken fonts where they occur on certain pages. I had no trouble with the font size on my various eBay pages before.
I know this is hard to explain. It's not that I need to increase all the font sizes -- something in eBay has suddenly affected certain areas of my eBay pages that used to be normal. Other things on the page, such as my banner text, are still in the fonts I set them originally.
Click on my "Me" page and you'll see what I mean. The text I input months ago in normal 12pt for the descriptive area is now extremely small, but so (strangely) is the text in the feedback section, etc. The same thing has happened to my invoice, which I customized some time ago -- it now looks terrible, tiny fonts in the middle, normal fonts elsewhere. Maybe eBay's fiddling with the other aspects of the site has affected pages with customized content??? I tried to manually fix/increase the small fonts, and the whole page went absolutely haywire! I ended up with big and small text mixed up everywhere on the page, so I've just left it alone for now.
Please let me know once you've looked at my "Me" page if anyone knows the reason for this issue (or has an overall fix for it). Short of a magic fix, I'm going to have to try to manually repair all the fonts. Thank you everyone!

You know, it just occurred to me that maybe I am the only one who can see the font problem, i.e. Cumos is right, and it's an Explorer issue, not an eBay glitch.
Would someone please take a look at my "Me" page and tell me if you see tiny fonts in the text portion of that page? If not, I obviously need to look elsewhere for the solution.
Thank you!

Your me page looks fine..no tiny fonts.
This is odd...the same day that you mentioned the problem, all of my fonts had suddenly become too big but it wasn't just on ebay. I think that it was a Firefox issue as it had just updated the night before.

Well, if you're seeing my "Me" page in normal fonts, the problem is likely elsewhere than eBay. I normally use Explorer - maybe I'll switch to one of the others and see what happens.

Rose-dee, I just looked at your Me page and I see tiny fonts as well. I am using IE10. I also checked my own page (not under this ID) and mine are small too!

Thank you 'vintagenorth' - I'm sorry it's happening to you too, but I'm glad someone else has seen what I mean -- I hope it's not "catching" though!
Actually, not only are the fonts tiny on certain eBay pages, but they print out in tiny sizes too (for example, when I print an invoice for my records from my selling manager pages. Very frustrating, since it just suddenly appeared here and there one day on eBay, absolutely nowhere else. My own website and other sites I use look (and print out) just fine.
So I'm back to being convinced it's not Explorer, but eBay that is the problem. I may take this up with the "Pinks" on Wednesday.

Hi Rose-Dee, I am on an iMac and have checked your ME page on both Safari and Firefox - they were both fine.

As I said the font looked fine on Firefox but I just checked IE and it is very small there. Perhaps your IE updated and something changed the font on certain types of pages? Anyway...I clicked on View, Text Size and then changed it from medium to larger. That fixed it for me.
