Why can't I track my GSP package?

When I click on my GSP tracking number all I get is: Multiple Carriers.  No update as to where my package has been processed. It has been five days now since this item has been shipped. I have dealt with the GSP before and have never had trouble with tracking. I would expect to see it state that it has been shipped from the seller at least but - nothing. I think that if a Global Shipping Program tracking number is given it should be updated from time to time.

The unreliability is the most reliable thing about GSP tracking.

Just sit back and wait, it will probably be updated after the package arrives.

Normal delivery time from the USA is about 20 days in my experience.

It may be a little faster with GSP because there is no border delay as all import fees are assessed and collected for CBSA by PitneyBowes in Kentucky.

There is tracking on your parcel, it's just internal.

If your item shows arrival in Kentucky, it should be on your doorstep within the next 15 days.

If it is not, open an Item Not Received dispute and get a full refund including duty and tax from PitneyBowes/GSP.

PitneyBowes GSP. A waste of money. They tell me the parcel has tracking, but only to Erlanger. I will change my buying to only those on EBay that do not ship this way or buy on a different selling page. Recommend all to do this.
