can others see what I purchase on my selling account?

I have a selling account.  But I also have been doing some purchases on this account.

Can people see the items that I purchase?

I notice that when I look in my feedback some items are marked 'private' and then other items are marked by a 'view item' button and you can click and see it.

So can people just click and see the things I've purchased?

They can click on any of the view items for 90 days.

The private listings they cannot see.
