how get buyer revise her feedback of late shipment

Hi 

 

with the new ebay  dashboard  I have received Late shipment rating from a buyer  I have ship out to her the next morning via email

 

 

before I email her her      Where in ebay cant I get the buyer to revised 

 

need to see the link ....

You must first resolve any issue that resulted in the neutral or negative feedback, - meaning you have made the buyer happy, - and then the Request for Revision must be made within 30 days.  Too late for those which you have now, but this link has good information you may need in future:

Hmm, from what I can understand of this  one of your buyers answered 'no' to the question about whether or not the item arrived within the predicted delivery time.  

 

Unfortunately, whether it is called a 'rating', 'ding', or 'defect', the fault is not the buyer.  Ebay asks an unfair question relating to postal services and buyers answer honestly.  Then sellers, - who have nothing to do with it, - are reprimanded.  

 

There is no "link" to get that changed or removed.  When you get a red negative from a clearly unhappy buyer, you can resolve the problem and then ask the buyer to change it to a green positive.  But there is no remedy for ebay's latest catastrophe.
