we are expected to pay 3 times the price for supplies, and yet on the .com side it won't allow shipping to Canada..we have been promised they will fix it, but my coupon will expire in less than a week, so what is the fix.. will we be able to carry forward our non working(useless) coupon, guaranteed not,,,they will eventually fix it, but we will have all lost out on our 35$ coupon, that we were promised.. Rapheal or whoever needs to address this in the next talk session , can someone please bring it up, and demand an answer, as i work weekdays and can't be online.. thanks in advance..

I agree. I am not complaining about have to pay $2.76 for a 100 envelopes. I just don't see why a $70 coupon only pays $63.32.

I'm using the coupon to obtain and then subsequently resell Ebay Supplies on Ebay at discounted prices below what Ebay sells their' for. It's my new bushiness model.

Your problem could be that you live in Canada and sell in US dollars on eBay.com

check on eBay Canada and then on eBay.com

Hi Decal, I posted this earlier, but try this...

I actually got two coupons (I'm a legacy user).

Some other wise soul, unfortunately I don't remember who (apparently Mr.E!), on these boards advised that one has to sign onto myEbay etc on the .CA site. That way you get the "Canadian Site" coupon you can use in the Canadian store.

The US$ coupon on the .COM site will never be good for anything.....

Anyway, try logging onto things through .CA and you should see the Canadian version of the coupon to use on the Canadian store - both have to be .CA for it to work. (ie log onto myEbay on .CA and open the shipping store on .CA too)

Definetly logged in to ebay.ca with my $70 coupon, the system lets me enter the code brings the total to 0.00 then it asks me to select a payment method , when I select paypal and sign in it removes the coupon and then say coupn can not be applied to this order.

Hmmm don't know what to say about that, mine worked ok when I used the Canadian $$ coupon in the Canadian store.... might have to call that one in unless someone else has insights....

That's OK, I really don't care to waste my time on the phone with questionable eBay CS, I was going to buy some bubble mailers that I don't use anyhow (Just to use up the coupon). I get my shipping supplies from ULine spending around $5000/year.
I'd never buy a single item from the eBay.ca shipping supply store other than with the coupon, as their prices are insane.

Yep I hear you, I doubt I'll be able to use much if anything but in the worst case I'll get them since they are free and if I can't use them I'll donate them to customers who can make use of them for storage or whatever... time will tell!

Given all the reported trouble and usual SNAFUs by eBay, I think I'll print my coupon out and use it for wallpaper, or maybe in the loo...hmm.

I know I could use the envelopes, but with the postal strike, they probably won't get here anyway.

I am trying to use my garbage coupon code as well and I can`t get past entering the coupon code before it expires. Typical useless garbage. Maybe I will bring the issue up in tomorrows weekly chat session... because that will be productive.
