The seller can block you personally for any reason. Even an allergy to saskatoon berries, if she wishes.

More generally, many/most sellers have automatic blocks in place against bidders who have Unpaid Item Strikes, don't have active Paypal accounts, have various violations of the eBay agreement,  or who live in places they don't want to ship to.

Sometimes you can ask a seller to be specifically allowed to bid. Some will agree, most will refuse or ignore the request.

Very simple ! Yes sellers can bloke who they want. WE block buyers for 3 reasons

1) Leave  UNECCESSARY or unwarrented Negative feedbacks

2) Leave 5 LOW DSR scores ( we can tell but not officially)

3) Say they have not received items, when we suspect they have ( We refund the money & block from future sales)

4) Ask a question that sounds suspicious or angling to buy OFF ebay.

5) Those buyers who are RUDE or impatient when we screw up an order.( WE are all human, & most sellers are mom & pop folks trying to make extra income, or income in retirement to suplement.)

WE work hard, & WHEN VERBALLY  abused by sellers, who think we are AM....ZON,  & prefer to get angry rather than work out problem, yes we block as we don't want re occurance. IF they ask WHY??? we tell them
