Items on Ebay.ca dont ship to Canada

i have searched many items on ebay canada,why is there so many listings on ebay Canada that dont even ship to Canada? very frustrating when you find what your looking for and find out the seller does not ship to Canada,I do see why its even on Ebay Canada,it should be on ebay.com NOT ebay.ca

Are you logged into eBay.ca when you do your searches? If so, is your shipping location set to a Canadian postal code?

Another possibility is the seller has chosen services using incorrect measurements for the package and the system is blocking a search. See page 3. Jan 2019.
