I purchased some small toy figures through a reputable seller here on ebay on Oct 23, 2021, Oct 25, 2021 tracking # provided, etc., Oct 27, 2021 tracking showed it was processing at the Global Shipping Center in Erlanger, Kentucky and on Oct 29, 2021 tracking shows it cleared customs in Toronto Canada. It's now been 2 months and I still have not received the package. I have been in touch with the seller but they know about as much as me as to what to do, since they did provide the tracking #. Tracking details show USPS Tracking. Is there something else I need to do? Contact USPS? Are others experiencing the same issue?

The seller's responsibility ended when your purchase arrived at the GSP plant.
Since you are well past the 30 day deadline from last estimated date for arrival, I don't think eBay will be able to help you.'
Just in case, go to the original listing and try to open an Item Not Received dispute. Make it clear that this is a GSP shipment so the seller, whose only fault was choosing GSP, is not hurt by the Dispute.
If it is accepted, GSP will have to prove delivery or you will be refunded.
If it is not accepted you are still covered by Paypal.
Go to your PP account-> top of the page-> Activities
and open a Dispute.
Again say that this is a GSP shipment.
And again, if it is accepted, GSP will have to prove delivery or you will be refunded.

I have never used this and can't say much about it.
You should have received a UPSxxxxxxx tracking number when GSP accepted and forwarded your purchase.
If you did not use PP, you may be able to get a chargeback on your credit card.
If you used a debit card or a gift card, neither PP nor your cc can help you. Don't use either for online buying in future.
