Shipping delays on an item

Im just curious. I bought an item (what seems like a lifetime ago). It went to a DHL but they arent shipping it. It was scanned on June 18 but was never sent out. When I contacted them they gave me some automated answer that didnt address my concerns. Is there anything that can be done on Ebay's end in regards to this?

The tracking information in your screenshot has the note "hub to you" on it, which suggests to me that your item was handled through the eBay International Shipping service and that DHL wasn't the seller's choice of shipper.

Last time I checked, eBay International Shipping items usually have delivery time estimates of two to three weeks.  Is your item close to the last estimated delivery date at this point?  If so, see if the Parcelsapp site has any further information on the tracking that hasn't been transmitted to eBay.  As your item was "scanned into a container," it may be that the information on the container has gone AWOL but the item is still moving along.  Parcelsapp may have additional tracking numbers you can refer to.  See this recent thread for a bit of elaboration on this:

I added a scan of the progress of the item.

Re: Shipping delays on an item

What is the last estimated date for delivery?

If that has passed, open an Item Not Received (INR) claim from the original invoice.

If it has not passed, you could notify the seller in case they can jumpstart their shipper. Remember while you paid the shipping (even if the item was "free" shipping) they are the ones who hired DHL and are DHL's customer.

You have 30 days after the last delivery date to open the INR claim.

If that has passed, you are still covered by Paypal (if you use them, always a smart idea) or the chargeback policy of your credit card.
