What is with this customer service! HORRIBLE

my case number that i have been dealing with for WEEKS! WRONG PRODUCT and OPEN medication with a product that was soon after being bought removed! i sent photos and just got ANOTHER email from ebay saying that my case is on hold because the seller needs photos lol. What a joke i will never ever use this again and have been completely ripped off with no helpat all from ebay on an open and shut case. I am going to post the seller and products after so no one else gets screwed over thia bad

Did you purchase this medication from a Canadian seller or one from outside of Canada?

If your medication was imported, Customs has the right to open and examine it. They will, however, leave notice. Is that what happened?

I think that they received the wrong medication.
