Suppose to receive my Christmas gift purchase by Dec. 6th 2017 & now being told I could be Jan. 16th 2018. I would not have ordered this if I had been told up front that it wouldn't be here for Christmas. This is terrible, you tied up my funds and I have no gift to give. Placed it on the 20th of November to be sure and get it in time. The worst customer service .....EVER!

Looks like you ordered this from a seller in China. If you look at the Discussion boards for buyer central you will see that it takes a long time to get things delivered. Some things get to Canada relatively quickly but sit in Customs for a few weeks before the package is released.

Was the package tracked?
If so what does the tracking say?

If it is in Canada, the chances are pretty good that it will arrive in time.
Barely.
If it is not in Canada-- would you settle for Little Christmas (which is January 7th this year).
And of course the old saying, you can have it good, you can have it fast, you can have it cheap.
But you can only pick two.
