you stated you didn't receive the item until just now,  so if you have received it, i believe you are done. next time don't buy from overseas..

I think in this case "until now" is a translation of "yet".....

"until just now" generally means that it has not been received as of today. Yes it's poor grammar but it's a common thing amongst people for whom English is not their primary language.

It also really has nothing to do with buying from overseas, a small packet from China might have a normal delivery time of 3 - 4 weeks but not 3 - 4 months and a package sent from the US or even within Canada can end up lost just as easily.
