IS THIS SOMETHING NEW?? DSR's FOR BUYERS!

I have a second eBay account for purchases only and I was looking at my feedback and I had 14 DSR's (5 out of 5) for Shipping and Handling Charges .

I have never sold anything on this account.

I'm assuming that it is DSR's that I've given to past sellers when I've left feedback.

eBay must be giving Sellers a heads up on how Buyers rate Sellers for Shipping and Handling Charges....

My buyer's account shows nothing out of the ordinary. It has a feedback count of 50+ but has never been used for selling.

I've seen DSR's for Buyers (Shipping and Handling Charges only..) before when I leave feedback for them.

Your Feedback is also over 90 days ago so it might be too old to register a DSR.

Oooh, I first saw that screen almost two weeks ago on someone else's account. It was not yours or mine, and I did wonder how the user could get blanks across three sections but have ratings in the final one. But at that point I was assuming they were a seller and not a buyer. I wonder what point ebay is trying to make with this displaying feedback for buyers. It doesn't make sense to me so I wonder if it's a glitch.

It is definitely something I'm going to watch out for when I get offers from Buyers (unless it is hidden until the seller begins to leave feedback).

Yes that's possible, but I've noticed this for a while I just didn't think anything about it until I looked at my buying account feedback score recently.

It's like eBay is keeping track of the DSR's that I or Buyers give out for Shipping and Handling Charges.

Since shipping and handling charges get an automatic 5 if it is free -- I assume the ebay programing is picking up bogus "free" info by mistake.  Perhaps it is counting the buyer's purchases which had "free" shipping.
