Are you checking the tracking information on eBay or the site of the carrier that your seller used to get the item to the hub?

If you’re seeing no tracking information on eBay, see if a third-party tracking site such as Parcelsapp has information that hasn’t been received by eBay.

As marnotom suggests you can look from another site which may have more up to date info. I know I go to USPS site sometimes and they are more current than the eBay link.

If the window is 15 - 24 you have to wait until the later date passes, then you could open up a case for item not received, but when it is that close to the window I would reach out to the seller and see if they have any info before actually opening a case on the first day you can. They might not have any more info but at least they will have a heads up the package could be lost.

Since the package is delayed and not lost, contacting the seller is polite.

You should know that one way eBay makes eIS popular, and encourages US sellers to accept international sales, is to give stronger Seller Protection to those sellers who use it.

Your seller's responsibility for delivery ended when the package was accepted by eIS on October 3.

So.

If Oct 25 comes around and you open a Not Received Claim, it is eBay/eIS which will refund you, not the seller.

If the shipment arrives after the refund, eIS does not want it back.
