Need I say more? I much prefer to let it go. I really do hate to point fingers and I would avoid it at any cost. I just would like to see everyone take responsibility for what they post and give it a pause before you hit 'post message' - does it carry out the intent of the OP? There have been many, many times I come to post something and I open this thread and go, oh geeeeesh! never mind! There really is always a kind & loving way to say things.
From the OP -
Let nothing be done (said) through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.
As a self-professed Christian - I would like to take it further - would what I say or do bring praise & honor to God. When I was a youth leader, I had a poster on the door that the young people would read on their way out - "Go ye into the world and preach the gospel....if necessary, use words". To me the gospel can be summarized in 1 word - LOVE.
Mark 12:29-31 -29 "The most important one," answered Jesus, "is this: 'Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. 30Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.' 31The second is this: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no commandment greater than these."
I admire Nikki for her fortitude and being able to rise above the melee & TOB for being able to just plain stay out of it. I try to - I really do, just that today...well, Nicki is losing her mother and we're here absorbed in our petty little squabbles - and they are 'little'. That's a bit harsh, but really, there are better things to do than winning a oneupmanship.
Sorry I'm in a sad mood (sort've) and being intolerant of what I perceive as ... never mind - i've said enough.

Too blessed to be stressed.
